Quality work and reasonable budget
The crews installed new shingle and gutters at my parents home. The estimate and scheduling process was easy with their friendly and professional staff. Crews arrived on time and were respectful of the property. They completed the work as scheduled, picking up all debris, and made sure all work was satisfactory. Happy with the project outcome!
Outstanding in Every Way
After reviewing multiple providers, I'm really glad we chose A&D to do our new roof. The process was incredibly smooth and the work was exceptional. Complete roof replacement with GAF HDZ shingles
I was fortunate to have dealt with Mike the owner of A & D. My roof was failing due to my exalt vents were venting directly into the attic and not outside. Mold had built up requiring the replacement of all sheathing. Mike came out on a Wednesday and provided a fair quote. I knew time was a factor as it’s getting cold here in Chicagoland. I told Mike I needed to have this done ASAP. Mike informed me that he will try and get a permit the following day (Thursday) and install my new roof on Friday. I initially thought he was joking. Fortunately, he wasn’t. Mike has a pleasant, laid back attitude and explained the reroofing process with facts and straightforwardness. There’s no hard sell just a man confident in his company. Long story short, from start to finish - 3 Days! The roof came out beautifully and I’m extremely pleased. So thanks again Mike and thanks to foreman Lucas and his crew, real professionals who are dedicated to doing the job right. I’m sure I will take advantage of the other services you provide.
Roof replacement
A and D replaced the sky lights ,shingles and gutters. I was very pleased with the work they performed. This is the second time I have used them and I highly recommend them
Terrific contractor
I recently worked with A&D for roofing, & siding due to hail damage. I contracted with them last year on gutters. facia & soffit work. I highly recommend them. They are both professional and price competitive. Finally, trustworthy! Hard to find companies I can say that about.
Shed siding

Pleasant experience working with A&D Home Improvem
A&D Home Improvements replaced my house’s roof and gutters. They also put leaf guards on the gutters. I had a very positive experience working with the company. Each every step was well communicated. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. He came to the site multiple times to inspect and communicate with us. The work was well done. The site was cleaned. I highly recommend this company.
Siding install
A&D was great to work with. They replaced siding on the house and garage. The team that they use for our job was wonderful. They cleaned up every day before they left for the day. They did a great job on the siding. I will definitely recommend A&D for any home improvement.
